Meet Natalie Brennan — Specialist Women’s Fitness & Nutrition Coach

I’m Natalie, a Level 4 qualified Personal Trainer based in Bishop’s Stortford, originally from the Wirral. I’m also a mum to my little boy, Jude, and partner to Jimmy, with another little girl on the way, so I understand first‑hand the demands of balancing family life, work, and personal wellbeing.

My coaching is built on lived experience, advanced education, and a deep understanding of women’s health. I support busy mums and women who want structured, evidence‑based guidance that delivers long‑term results.

For years, I followed restrictive diets, over‑trained, and under‑fueled my body. 6 years ago, I committed to learning a better way. I studied effective training methodologies, macronutrient science, and women’s physiology and went on to qualify as a Personal Trainer with specialist Level 4 certifications in:

  • Pre & Postnatal Training

  • Diabetes and Metabolic Health

  • Advanced Nutrition and Behaviour Change

I trained throughout both my pregnancies and continue to apply my knowledge through my own postpartum journey. Every program I deliver is built from real experience, professional expertise, and proven results.

My mission is simple: to help women build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits, without extreme dieting, endless cardio, or sacrificing family life.
